What sets this 3 bedroom 2 bath home apart from the rest is the stunning Elk River frontage.
Each bedroom has a private balcony, two of them on the Elk River side the other on the forest side.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a California King bed, a futon for extra sleeping, private table, walk in closet, cable TV with DVD and a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony directly on the Elk River. The master bedroom also has a private bath with large walk in shower and a two person Jacuzzi Tub.
Also on the ground floor is a living room with ceramic tile floors and a large wood stove surrounded by natural stone tiles. A cable TV with VCR and movie library provided.
The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steal appliances, equipped with microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, kitchen utensils, cook and dishware and a lovely view of the Elk River.
The dining area is situated for maximum viewing of the river and wildlife. The sliding glass door and many windows allow you to enjoy your meals while gazing out at the river as it flows directly past the home.
The ground floor also has a garage and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Both bedrooms are very large, one with a California King and child size cot. This room has a private balcony with an unrestricted view of the Elk River and Forest. The other bedroom also has a private balcony with a view of the forest, a trundle bed and a twin. The rooms have plenty of space for extra kids or people. Just bring your sleeping bags!
The view from this home is absolutely amazing. The water is crystal clear you can actually spot fish swimming around from the deck. The Elk River is well known as a popular fishing spot for Salmon, Steelhead and Trout. The setting is extremely private, situated amongst the trees with a deck the full length of the home directly on the rivers edge.
This home is enjoyable not only for fishermen but for family get together's or a quiet romantic getaway. Escape from the everyday cares and truly enjoy the soothing effects and sounds of the river rushing by.
