•You may pick up your keys at our office, location 303 Dock Rd. Down at the Port of Port Orford.

Cancellation Policy
•All cancellations and reservation changes are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

premises damaged or left in a condition that requires additional cleaning. Your cleaning fee does not cover time
for the housekeeper to place furniture back to its original position, so if you move furniture please return it before
leaving or you will be charged additional time.
•Well behaved pets are negotiable in some of the properties. Please let us know about any pets you may bringing with you at the time you make the reservation. If you fail to disclose your pet you will be subject to immediate eviction and lose all

Assumption of risk
•Tenant assumes all risk of loss or damage to property or person as a result of Tenant’s or Tenant’s guests’

appliances and tools.

•Tenant is aware that this home is a vacation rental home. It has a dock, railings, decks, stairs, access to beach
